Kendra L. Duay joined Crescent Title in 2011 after more than 13 years of practice in civil defense litigation. A 1998 graduate of LSU Law School, Kendra handles a variety of real estate-related matters particularly in the areas of Successions, Estate Planning and curing significant title defects often involved with distressed properties. Kendra also coordinates and supervises Crescent Title’s centralized post-closing department.

Kendra is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state and appellate courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
