Jason Hernandez, Managing Attorney for Crescent Title’s Lakeview office, has 10 years of experience in real estate law.

Jason joined Crescent Title in early 2007 and handled real estate closings first in the Metairie office, then Uptown, before being named Managing Attorney of the company’s Lakeview office in June of 2008. In addition to real estate closings, he also has experience in handling real estate financing, successions, and other transactional matters. Crescent Title was the first real estate title company to return to Lakeview after Hurricane Katrina. As one of the first real estate attorneys to return to the area, Jason has developed extensive expertise in both Road Home issues and resubdivisions.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Jason graduated from Loyola University in 2000 with a Bacherlor’s degree in English and from Loyola University School of Law in 2004. He is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to teach continuing education and is a member of the Louisiana Land Title Association.
