Lauren Bergeron Griffin joined Crescent Title as a real estate title attorney in 2019 after practicing general civil litigation for several years.

Lauren handles a variety of real estate related matters, including real estate transactions, company formations, wills, successions, and resubdivisions.

Lauren has additional experience in litigating general civil matters in the areas of real estate and property law, contract law, successions, animal law, short term rental law, landlord tenant law, and resolution of property violations with the City of New Orleans.

Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree from LSU and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She is admitted to practice before all courts in Louisiana, both federal and state, and she is a member of the St. Thomas More Inn of Court, the New Orleans Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association of Independent Title Attorneys.
