Rachael Arteaga

Rachael A. Arteaga joined Crescent Title as an Attorney in Crescent Title’s Mandeville office in 2022.  In her tenth year of practice, Rachael’s focus has been primarily in real estate and title law and as a real estate closing attorney.  Her experience also includes successions, wills, and business formation.

Rachael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University before earning her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Law School in 2012.  She is a Louisiana licensed title insurance agent for First American Title Insurance Company of Louisiana, Fidelity National Title, Stewart Title Guaranty Company, and Title Resources Guaranty Company.  She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Louisiana Association of Independent Land Title Agents.
