Robert J. Bergeron
Robert Bergeron, principal in Crescent Title and the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch and Mack, is in his 20th year of managing residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Bob is recognized throughout the area as an expert on Louisiana real estate law. He lectures frequently to investors and home buyers on the legal aspects of buying and selling property.
Daniel M. Douglass
Daniel M. Douglass, Managing Attorney of Crescent Title’s Metairie office, has been practicing law for 19 years. In November 2004, Danny joined Crescent Title owner Robert J. Bergeron as a Partner in The Law Firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch & Mack.
As a Real Estate Title Attorney, Danny has managed the closings of over 8,000 real estate transactions. He is an expert in wills and successions, and has extensive experience in foreclosure litigation.
Kirk J. Frosch
Kirk J. Frosch is the Managing Attorney of Crescent Title’s Mandeville office. Kirk earned undergraduate degrees in Finance and Management at Loyola University before earning his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Law School in 1994.
Kirk brings a broad array of legal skills to Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch and Mack. His experience includes both corporate and domestic law, as well as successions.
Abbey Mack is the Managing Attorney for Crescent Title’s Destrehan office. She has over 25 years of real estate law experience and a reputation for excellence.
A graduate of the University of New Orleans and the Tulane University School of Law, Abbey is an expert on the Louisiana residential real estate contracts, having served on the committee that drafted the current document.
Jason Hernandez, Managing Attorney for Crescent Title’s Lakeview office, has 10 years of experience in real estate law.
Jason joined Crescent Title in early 2007 and handled real estate closings first in the Metairie office, then Uptown, before being named Managing Attorney of the company’s Lakeview office in June of 2008. In addition to real estate closings, he also has experience in handling real estate financing, successions, and other transactional matters.
Ian G. Fisher
Ian G. Fisher manages our Elysian Fields/Historic District office. While he is new to Crescent Title, he has been practicing real estate law in New Orleans for seven years, specializing in real estate transactions and condominium conversions.
Ian received his B.A. in Art History and Anthropology from Columbia University and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School,.
Kendra L. Duay
Kendra L. Duay joined Crescent Title in 2011 after more than 13 years of practice in civil defense litigation. A 1998 graduate of LSU Law School, Kendra handles a variety of real estate-related matters particularly in the areas of Successions, Estate Planning and curing significant title defects often involved with distressed properties. Kendra also coordinates and supervises Crescent Title’s centralized post-closing department.
Kendra is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.
Charles A. Marts
Charlie Marts works primarily in commercial real estate transactions. His focus is on real-estate business and investor development and involves title examination; preparation, review, and assessment of security instruments; consulting on entity structure and strategy.
In addition Charlie has represented local, national, and international creditors in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana.
Lauren B. Griffin
Lauren Bergeron Griffin joined Crescent Title as a real estate title attorney in 2019 after practicing general civil litigation for several years.
Lauren handles a variety of real estate related matters, including real estate transactions, company formations, wills, successions, and resubdivisions.
